IDEA Openwater training Cdrom

For the Student the Cd provides easy access to the information presented to them in class. Simply click your way through. The IDEA dive tables are explained step by step so even after months of not using them students can easily refresh before leaving on their next dive trip. The Cd also is helpful for a student who is furthering their training. The student can refresh the gas laws as well as the pressure and injury information that they learned in the IDEA openwater class before diving into all the new information of their next class.

The IDEA Openwater training Cdrom was originally developed as a tool to help with classroom presentation of the IDEA Recreational Openwater SCUBA class. It can be helpful to all Idea Instructors by creating consistency in classes.

The Cd can also be useful for the students as a refresher. Many SCUBA students forget the technical details of pressure and injuries and the other important information they received in class.

The Dive Table section has proved very useful for many who dive less frequently and need a little kick start to plan that next dive. For the instructor simple PC to Tv audio video tools are used to present the material on the Cd to the class. Instructors have used laptops and IDEA also provides the material on video for those without PC access.

For the classroom presentation the Cd provides the flexibility of jumping to different parts or moving back and forth from one slide to the next.
